Nothing first and last stay there

Yes drunk people /people smoked around the pool we spoked too the hotel the just said sorry and nothing else .…. This is the first hotel that don’t have a police put my buy too my room .…always pay what we bought I spoke too the hotel about it again

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff. I really enjoyed it a lot. Reception staff extremely helpful. Love to come back in few months again.

I like everything. Hotel Management and staff Need salute for being so nice: This was my 4th or 5th trip. My family stayed there one month Having two room last year. No complain at all.

Hotel has a roast and smell Moody from the lips up to room we stay there like 10-15 minutes and then check out

Hotel need to be updated.

The hotel is very big and it's got 3 different towers with rooftop swimming pool and stunning views of the city. It's well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay there. Although we didin't get the room we booked at first (superior), staff were kind enough to move us to another room straight away. Room is quite spacious, well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. It is clean and towels were changed every day even though we did not ask for it. Staff are kind and welcoming and will attend to all your needs. Breakfast was varied and it is worth the money. Overall, we'd gladly go back there again!

For me, it was pretty cold everywhere you go. Air conditioning is on all around. Especially at the reception area and in the morning you have to wear a sweatshirt when you head for breakfast.

The hotel is very good value for money. It's huge with a few towers and originally we didn't get the room we booked (superior), but they were very kind and transferred us to a new one. Rooms are quite clean and well equipped. Towels are changed on a daily bases although we didn't ask for it. Beds were also really comfortable. There is a good variety of dishes for breakfast including some fresh fruit so it's worth the money. The outside area on the rooftop is beautiful with a swimming pool, a bar and there is great view of the city. We really enjoyed our stay there!

It was very cold inside. You need to take a sweatshirt when going for breakfast and everywhere you go, especially at the reception area. Also, wi-fi would not be available or would be rather weak in some places so we found a spot in our room where it worked quite well.

The breakfast was good, either European, Thai and Indian food.Rooms had a good size and the pool was nice.

Not enough towels in room (two bathtowels for three, no handtowels)Electricity was connected to the light. If you switched off the light, you could not charge phone.Stuff could not find our deposit while check out and charged us for a dirty face towel. That was a bad impression at the last day.

My stay at the hotel was very satisfied, the staff were very nice. The front staff very helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I loved this hotel, it is amazingly big (744 rooms, split in 4 buildings), with 2 pools (one has a bar with beverage and food, and the second doesn't have anything, but it's quiet). Downstairs you have a 7-11 and a big market/mall with clothes that are very cheep ( the ones that you find in every shop/night market). The staff doesn't speak english, just little bits so take that in considerations, but it's a nice hotel, very near of everything you need and I will come back.

The only thing I can think of is that the front desk staff are lovely and well-trained.

Hard to get clear answers and support. Appreciate they are a large operation, but they need better systems. Location is very tricky. Pool staff were actually quite rude several times.Other reviews/ photos are very misleading (which is to be expected but this was particularly shocking).

Spacious, good value for the space. The pool was lovely but expensive to eat/ drink there.

Dated, our room wasn’t over clean - large insects always around when lights turned on.

- mattress and comfortable of the bed was the best, and give you best sleep after long flight.- hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.- the service of the hotel was amazing.- the breakfast were amazing and the staff were fast to cleanup or refill. the only minor problem was the last call for breakfast was on 9:35 which is early in my opinion

- if you have a car or want to taxi is fine but bublic transport was really poor in the area, the bus didnt come most of the time.

The location was good. The room was exactly the same as described in the listing. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. There is luggage storage facility as well which is an added benefit. We didn't try the breakfast or inhouse restaurants. The accessibility is also good from this hotel in terms of cabs

There were 3-4 cockroaches in our main hall and near the kitchen area

Keys were not working all the time!
